Mergers or reverse mergers (which I am in doubt whether this is a reverse merger as GLER is not a shell) take time. They don't happen in a few weeks or a few months.It is not unusual for these things to take 6 months or so. Just saying that the instant gratification crowd is not going to be happy here...glta!!
