When I spoke to them on the phone. I mentioned hostile takeover; they feel it's nothing to worry about. If they truly are a good company they should be worried, if it was me I would get voting power and remove them both. Could run this company for less, and have a greater profit margin. Work towards making it fully reporting and dividend paying.
