I got a better understanding as of today then ever regarding why he left.

Its clear he was not being payed timely and is owed alot of money even though he continues to work behind the scenes and from prior emails before the one this sunday it appears they settled the issues most likely until a deal is struck or major funding comes in with another deal regarding the pipeline.

No doubt the company has to have his input for a sale,merger or partnership new license on anything regarding the pipeline.

Most of them agreements in place he brought them togather.I do feel a small part of the reason was the ligation.I beleive the real reason was a very heated one.

I would not count out a merger regarding the two companies if a outright sale does not occur prior.I sure would take either.

I would really say the real truth but it want be allowed.
