The suffix 'D' is supposed to be in place for 20 market days yet the ticker was changed back to the suffix 'Q' after two market days.

Finra did not explain why the ticker was changed back to CERPQ from CERPD.

As I posted on Feb 20th Scheer had no entitlement to submit the reverse split to Finra without the express consent of the Trustee and Horizon as the Secured Creditor. However, without stipulated reasons why the ticker was returned to CERPQ speculations would be premature.
