Who gave it this price target, because yahoo finance says 11.30.

Of 21 analysts, 1 has issued a PT of $7. That is the low. The high is $17 with an average of $11.30. Not that analyst estimates should be trusted anyway most have their own agenda. Remember when AAPL had an average PT over $700 then proceeded to drop to $385?
