That is really fantasy comparison! The OS is huge (31M shares) compared to the tiny trading volume (454K shares)! Why should a bankrupt-soon pos scam worth over $3M MV? Which is ridiculous high! Usually the majority of peers are trading at $10K ~ $100K MV...

Yeah, it's not coming out of the float as advertised. It's payment for something or other, some kind of deal;
or, NITE and other mms even are manipulating as often the case in OTC trading.
