Hey great post. It's simple to me...folks buy into SFRX because of the great potential of treasure and when it doesn't happen in their time frame they call it a P&D or scam or something. Since I got into this the business plan has not changed. It was tweaked though with more of an emphasis on researching a site before going after a permit but otherwise it's the same.
