Either just market makers playing with an OTC stock and trying to get cheap shares, or like I said previously, some sort of equity-related exchange for debt that is pegged to a certain conversion price, and the crooks are using NITE to maintain PPS at a certain level. Take your pick. I don't think it's continued retail and institutional selling, everyone's out that wanted out already.

Keep in mind that even with a bankruptcy, the value of the company here is much greater than the outstanding debt - there's only about $120M of debt outstanding, the company has about $250M in assets and 30 million shares outstanding. Do the math, this is why I'm buying, and there hasn't even been a BK filed yet. Great risk/return here.
