HIDC is possibly my last 2013 loser that hasn't come back and made me big gains by holding it long enough... I think I was buying around .003 back in the day so I added a million of .0008s to make it worthwhile if it ever comes back to life. seems like these stocks that once had tons of news, volume, movement, if they don't hammer them down to no bid then they usually come back to life eventually
