Well the were due Feb 15th, but as you and I and thousands of other people have noticed, they did not release them.....

PHOT has no revenues to report, so what it looks like they are going to do is wait until midnight 3/31/2014 and release Q4/K10 all at once....Until then there will be as much dilution as possible to try and scrape together what little revenue they can...Before the mass exit after earnings (OR in PHOT's case lack of earnings)is released.....

JMHO but PHOT will more than likely see mid teens within the next 30-45 days.......

When I called and asked investor relations prior to the Feb 7 vote I was told 4Q would be released with annuals on March 31, 2014.
