Selling pressure very well may be as a result of the expiring Warrants that are being purchased and dumped. Those lucky people are banking 125% - $150% profits.

Those warrant expirations are the same reason why ROX will show a profit on the next 10K.

Don't worry about the selling pressure. As all of the warrants are exercised and sold, they will flush out of the system.

The Form 4 I posted earlier showed the Vector Group kept over 800,000 shares.

That's quite a bounty of what turns out to be free shares after the other exercised warrants they divested themselves of.
