The warrants the company issued have a very large short number, much like the stock has these days!
I forget the exact number, but it was I think >25%.
Wouldn't a dividend, whether it be a dime or a dollar, force the hands of the shorts on both ends?
Short squeeze x2???
Major pain and those "phantom" shares and warrants would come to light, looking for some covering a.k.a "naked" would be an understatement!
