Reverse splits are not always bad. Look at SPLI. The demand to get shares before the RS is driving price way up. They want to get their pps over $5, so they are doing a 30:1 RS...There are times when RS is dreaded, but could reduce the number of outstanding shares, and is sometimes a great thing...Has there been talk of an RS for Hop on Inc?
