It is the combination names of the chemical groups which make up the drug. Thioureido (thiourea) / butyro (butyr) / nitrile (nitrile). You can look up each individual name in parentheses if you want to, but unless you understand how each interacts with the body on a cellular level (and more importantly how they react in combination in the body) its not going to be useful information to you.
