Agreed and well said. People should be reminded that STBV isn't just suddenly throwing weed around. They've had a deal on the books with PHOT for months and I'm sure he coulda milked that connection awhile ago if it was just about running a dilution scam. There is something in development here. It's unfortunate that it takes a huge share offering to get it done, but I believe the long term value has been calculated against the short term inconvenience.
