streak1977, of course Coffy is the CEO of Bearpot, Inc. You don't think Andy would be the CEO of a MJ growing company, do you? lol. Bearpot, Inc. will be a 'subsidiary' of STBV. Andy runs STBV, Coffy is in charge of Bearpot, Inc. From a corporate standpoint, that's the way it should be.
