It is with great pleasure that I announce that on 18 February 2014 we submitted to the Nevada SOS an application/filing for 20,000,000 Preferred C shares, par value 0.20, to be distributed to our shareholders on record. On Friday, 21 February 2014, I received confirmation from the Nevada SOS what is required to complete this filing. We will complete the necessary requirements for this distribution and will begin the process to inform our shareholders on record the distribution details.

This announcement will be included on our website with the final details to be announced as required by law.
