The past does matter. People better realize that they better see this for what it is and play it for what its worth. Its a stock play. Get in, get your money and get out. Have a plan. Best case scenario is it does take off and there is a product coming. If so, a Reverse split will happen eventually then. Worse case is, we'll see not another PR and prices will eventually drop.

I'm hoping for the best(life changing event), but I have be smart just as you have to be. Keep your eye and slowly recoup your investment + some profit at some point

It's actually not relevant, like I said, the shareholders could have just sold their shares before the reverse split happened, no company just does it out of nowhere.

$HPNN- is an OTC stock making a comeback :)
