I doubt we will...ENRT finances a farming operation and I've never seen photos of their farm... so does a company on NASDAQ. The farms are private operations. They have to be by law because public companies can not engage in business that allows individuals outside of legal jurisdiction to profit from otherwise illegal operations on a federal level. Chase them around all year but you can not invest in a business operation that is illegal on a national level through a public company. This is as close as you can get, 2 steps removed.

420man, maybe I'm wrong, but I'm reading the latest pr differently,I guess. Here is the first part of the PR:

"Strategic Global Investments, Inc. Finalizes Agreement to Purchase Bearpot, Inc.; Controlling Company of Colorado Marijuana Cultivation Facility"

The way I read this is -- there was a person, or group of people growing marijuana. Probably small time. STBV themselves, or most likely with the help of someone, came across this small operation. They struck up a deal, came up with a name: Bearpot, Inc., registered with the SOS on 2-7-14, put up their website on 2-14-2014. That small pot growing company now has an official name: Bearpot, Inc., and they are now the controlling company of that small pot growing business, with Richard Coffy somewhere in the structure, maybe President, or CEO, or something.

Don't know who owned and operated the field all this time, but obviously they will be compensated and will probably continue to run the place, maybe be a corporate officer.

Anyway, that's the way I'm looking at it. That's my WAG. Okay, okay...I'll put down my bong. LOL.
