I don’t know if anyone saw the video of the Open House for FITX on 2/21 but if you get a chance I would highly recommend everyone that is invested in PHOT and FITX watch it. More importantly read the comments below the video they raise some surprising questions.
Some very interesting questions and statements. Here are a few that were repeated over and over or I found to be interesting. I will save the best for last.
Considering there are 8-9 companies ( I knew of 5) that are currently licensed to grow that are currently growing and in some case have been for years why does Bill (who has never grown any MJ) feel that he is going to immediately take over the market and have the largest grow operations that is producing the most MMJ for Canada? Not to mention other companies that will get licensed that we don’t know about yet.
On RXNB, apparently that is just a roll up of other businesses that Bill and Sam owned. It appears that all the 260M shares that RXNB received from PHOT will most likely go to Bill and Sam and not FITX. Keep in mind this deal is not dependent on Cen Bio getting licensed. Also, they could possibly have all of the 260M shares NOW if not in the very near future.
To OfficerK’s point, they list all these supposed holdings and $27M in revenue but no one shows they are making any money or certainly not much of it if they did. The company that owned the pharmaceutical prior to Bill and Sam buying it for a song and dance are no longer an entity. For all that money and customers you would think they would have gotten more than a song and dance.
A lot of questions on who really owns CEN BIO. Most feel that it is Bill’s two companies that are holding the75% in trust. 65% to Bills companies and 10% to FITX. While OGI/JV gets the remaining 25%.
Even Alan B admits he isn’t sure who gets what shares and who really owns what.
Also, all these patents etc. that Sam has created and all of the different strains etc. According to the video and comments they state that Sam really hasn’t had that much experience growing MMJ. Some said his research was based on less than 4 Lbs that he had been involved in growing.
Also questioned his 35 grow cycle and stated it really wasn’t the grow cycle but rather a rotation schedule that allowed you to produce a new batch every 35 days. Big difference!!!! Growers have been doing this for decades. Nothing new.
Interesting comments on Israel and MMJ. According to many they are light years ahead of the rest of the world when it comes to MMJ and what strains to use for various illnesses. I have heard this for years but I thought it was interesting that this was coming from a group of investors in FITX. Especially since Bill has indicated Israel would be buying from him.
The best one in my opinion was that Bill and Sam were going to kick PHOT to the curb and kill the deal. This was coming from different posters. Apparently, they feel that now that Bill and Sam got the 260M shares or will soon they really don’t need to give 25% of the operation to PHOT. Since they have the 260M shares from the RXNB deal that are worth about $120M by today’s pps they don’t need PHOT anymore. The $120M is far more than PHOT was going to give them or that they needed to start the operations so why do it? (Actually I believe PHOT was going to give the about the same for CEN BIO as for RXNB but I hope you see my point. )
With the RXNB deal already done, Bill and Sam can proceed on their own without any help from anyone else.
There was a ton of posts and there were a lot of disgruntled FITX investors.
Certainly issues that I had never heard before.
Like I said anyone invested in PHOT or FITX should definitely read the comments.
I think the video and comments are shown on Marketfly.com and I believe it is a public forum.
