How do you ship them outta Colorado legally to a state that allows the sale of such THC product sales, i.e. Cali? What a hairball this is....

That is correct. RDH only sells the Non-THC Dixie Botanicals CBD products.

They do own the brand and IP of the THC products. They license the rights to the brand to Tripp's company in Colorado who manufactures and sells the thc products in colorado. MJNA and RDH do not receive any revenue from those sales as it is still illegal on the federal level. They will charge a licensing fee for the use of the brand and products when the laws change.
