Don't know about the CDs. As for FDA approval, if they have actually applied and they do receive that approval, it will go a long way towards legitimizing the product and the company.

I hope they have, and hope they do get approved.

P.S. Nice move up today on no news. Would be even nicer if something does come along that tells us why someone is paying .55 today for a stock that closed at .42 yesterday...
