I have already resisted the opp to sell for a few thousand profit.

The price is being held down by the sale of dilution shares;
I agree, but we don't know how many of those shares are in fact being dumped- maybe 50/50 with 1/2 being held for longer- until this TV show is up and running.

You hate the stock, you hate the management-- but why are you posting here?

There are 40,000 Pink Listed "duds" to slam- Are you posting on their boards?

This offering does not address if any shares are being sold. (i.e. I can offer to sell my car for XYZ but it does not obligate me to ever complete the sale.)

I don't have any doubts the price is being kept down artificially despite the demand for the stock, which has similar #trades, better dollar per trade numbers than many of the other MJ companies which are trading are a much higher price.
