I dunno Lio. I emailed 4Js to see if they still had it and got no response, but as I wrote in that post, the patents appear not to have been re-assigned. This is one big confusing mess. I'm watching the controversy on the GTSM board unfold. 2 things to keep in mind regarding the ACS. The patent, which is assigned to Kozak has not yet been granted, and the exchange note holders will probably be first in line for any assets of the company.
