I don't think there is a PPS requirement...because I'm see many POS will OTCQB status and are trading under $.0005~ As far as I know, the co. would have to summit all the financial reports of the past 2-3 yrs~ The lawyer fee will be very high...but DSCR already paid its attorney(s) according to some of its previous PRs~
