I don't personally know whether or to what extent/in what scenario that is or would be correct legally, so fwiw -- though it seems sensible enough that if the company were fine with a re-vote (or any such vote for that matter), then it would be a mere legal formality to the company and union to (at least in effect, if not literally in form) jointly make the required filing(s) with the NLRB to get it to formally set the election
