Cavitation is an interesting study. The patented tech LEXG uses is different than what I've studied before, which was the Sulphco transducer/ probe style vibrating at high frequency.

The rotating drum style of LEXG is much simpler and better suited to their purpose.

A site with a somewhat similar drum system and a video with a window view of actual bubbles being formed can be found here. Not exactly the same, mind you, but both rely on creating cavitation.
