theres a lot of upset folks I believe, shareholder meetings are for share holders , its open , In Canada some tse listed companies have a cc after announcing results take ?,s and tape call and post it for all to listen

Of course, a SHM is just a big ol pump fest. If there is something significant, Im not happy about that either, as that would be giving inside info to shareholders, which is illegal.

my issue is this is a publicly traded company, what he tells investors in a closed meeting goes against that

he had time to write ablog prior to meeting

he should have wrote a nr stating everything that was going to be said in meeting prior to meeting that would have been fair

it should have been a phleortha of a blog
