You're right, of course. However, he could have dropped a zero from that reverse split ratio and allowed the common shareholders to hang onto more of their shares.
1000 to 1 stock splits are commonly seen in companies meant to fleece the shareholders and was certainly not expected here.
I mean, what would have been wrong with a 10,000,000 O/S instead of a 1,000,000 O/S. 10 million is still a very low number.
I think he overdid it especially when he apparently is holding 4 million preferred shares (convertible into 400 million common) for his efforts.
BTW, he seems to be very proud of that new share price as he posted a picture of the otc page on two of the twitter accounts. Too bad shareholders had to take the hit for that.
