Our CEO keeps us well informed. If you paid closer attention, you would have seen that he posted the legal reasoning for the filing publicly:
Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. Feb 5 at 9:46am
Dear shareholders:
Per my legal obligation I have filed my forms in case I ever intend to sell some shares. Failure to file and sell is prison. I've been filing these forms for the last two years.
Bill
I am entitled to sell 1% by law every 90 days. I file forms every 90 days with the intention and I haven't sold any in two years.
Also, none of these guys take salary from the company. They have been paid in stock for compensation. They are fully deserving and are allowed to sell for some compensation for all their hard work. Do you expect them to work for free? Just because they have to legally file doesn't mean they are selling as Bill posted. However, even of they do sell some, they are fully deserving of it, and only would be a fraction of what they own anyway. Nice try, this train can't be stopped...
Every one has to fill out thoes forms, dose not mean they are selling. Michelle from mjna has same form filed never sold shares. Gave same responce bill did he has to or go to prison. I might be wrong but its like a security blanket. If needed. ,they can sell shares they earned if not they don't. Bill already addressed this issue in interview right?
At our expense? I've made $15k on this stock in just a few weeks. It's their hard work and vision that will make all of us money.
They are using the pps increases to grow their business and compensate themselves for the work being done. Most of us would have settled for way smaller profits.
To help put this into some perspective, a few mths back an article came out about how several insiders at GLUU were selling off shares - red flag red flag the article screamed. . Well three months later they are the darlings of analysts and up over 40%. http://m.seekingalpha.com/article/1919081
We dont know the financial situation of Jeff Thomas and for all we know these shares could be his only means of compensation. All of us would've gotten out for way less profits!
Again, just my way of offering perspective to the longs and potential investors. This is a higher risk play but the reward is even greater!
