That was just a breather yesterday. I watched L2 all day and VFIN never left the bid at .0013. When it got down towards it VFIN came in close above on the ask so they could get filled some at .0013 as soon as it traded there for a bit they moved way back up but VFIN never left the bid at .0013. That is the bottom and a huge run up is coming first of the week.
