"On January 13, 2006, the Court held a Mandarory Settlement
Conference. Holly Nolan, Esq., Travis Huff, and Alan Atlas appeared
on behalf of Plaintiff; Mark Dunbar, Esq., and Brad Goodspeed
appeared on behalf of Defendants. The parties represent they have
agreed in principle to a settlement prototcol, however, settlement
is contingent upon verification of certain transactional details.
The parties shall investigate and verify the details of the proposed
settlement agreement. A settlement conference shall be held on March
2, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. during which the parties shall report to the
court the status of settlement. The conference shall be telephonic
with attorneys only...."

Quick turn-around between court hearings? Settlement this Quarter?
