Well vandy..everything u say is all well and good...however..that report for 20$ that u talk about...it states in its summary that you will recieve financial info on company for last 3 years....however...kmag has produced no fins since dec 2012...and they were unaudited...when kmag was suspended by the SEC on sept 17th 2012...in their press release they, the sec syated that the reason for suspension was inaccurate financial reports...so i dont see how ur $20 report could shed any light on kmag...most likely that report generater has no idea kmag was suspended and that is jist a generic- boilerplaye promo they put out for all stocks..as for my dd. I have found that kmag has no web site....no office space....no phone number...no business license...no ir...no email address...no way of contacting anyone imvolved with said business...no employees..no pr since oct 2013 wherein he stated more freauent shareholder updates were forthcoming.....so...i dunno...u tell me...what did u find at the canadian walmart yhat trumps me?
