In the SPANISH language, the word ''testigo'', ie: ''test-tee'-go'' (emphasis on the 2nd syllable) means simply, ''a witness'', or a person who gives his or her TESTIMONY about this, that, or whatever, the which testimony is PRESUMEDLY ALWAYS THE TRUTH, UNLESS VERIFIABLY CONTESTED & PROVEN TO BE OTHERWISE, BY SOMEONE ELSE. But the burden of proof for such an allegation by the detracting person is always on him or her who is making the allegations against the above witness!
