I do not think the Patterson group mentioned in the transcript is Peterson. Different shareholders. I had posted earlier, my thoughts on the class action within some 100 posts ago so I will not repeat what I said there --- go look them up. I find the "fix" great from my standpoint , but I wasn't in whai before August 17th. The judge has not ordered whai to do anything yet. Florida law requires financial statements within 120 days, so if Plaintiff doesn't get them voluntarily from whai, I guess some type of motion to produce can be heard and argued to make whai produce them within the class action since the lead plaintiff is still a shareholder.
