If they were bought up in 2010 why all the shares outstanding? Did they just buy enough shares to effect control of the company and sell to themselves the assets of the company (RMTD) then let RMTD wither on the vine as it be? Like what Frank Lorenzo did to Eastern Airlines back in 86.
