His net profit from this sale is only about $1M to STBV because they are already $1.5M in debt leading up to the offering. How far does $1M go these days seriously... You can't run for the rest of your life on it. You can't finance lawyers to fight the government for 10 years over this. The risk/reward ratio only makes sense in building a revenue generating company, not cashing in on $3M in regulated reported company income.
