I think 1st step is to put up the website and then updates. I think thats what they are doing. If you call him again, ask him if they are planning entry into MMJ business. Lot of companies now looking for opportunities in MMJ now with huge growth. He might not tell you yes/no. BUt his answers might give a clue. JMO.
