In fact, in California (don't know about other states), I believe you have a certain grace period before you have to start reporting.

However, consider this -- nowhere on Google is there any mention of this company. What are the odds of that?

In addition, there is no mention of anyone connected with that company. No Ceo. No spokesperson. When ever one company takes over another, in the PR, you always have the CEO of the other company telling everyone how pleased he is with the deal, blah, blah, blah. But not in this PR.

I'll stick with my gut feeling. Until they prove otherwise, I think Bearpot, Inc. just materialized on 2-7-14. I don't think there was any company growing MJ. At least, not under that name. I could be wrong. We'll see.
