I don't expect the O/S to be much higher than 360 - 380M by the end of FY2014. This would include additional S-8 compensation, plus whatever shares are needed to consummate additional acquisitions (which have typically been Preferred A anyway...).
Company may surprise all of us to the upside in a big way. What if they achieve more than 150M in gross revs??
