Yes, I worked for a place years ago that went public and they bought an old mining shell stock and turned it into a medical stock. There are always shells for sale that are clean. Stock shells are expensive and the MMJ sector can get financing now so we are seeing this all over the sub-pennies dead stocks where we were "bagholders" we are sudden tycoons
