PUMA is a market maker on zero, along with many other market makers. I am looking at the order book (the screen) on the level II, and puma is at 1.04, the price we have not been able to get above. If you're not looking at level II, just ignore me because you'll not see any market makers on a regular stock quote. Only on level II. Hope that helps!
