Pretty SHOWy. It doesn't take much imagination to figure out:

1: They want to showcase GrowLife's state-of-the-art equipment
2: The name of the existing farm wasn't reality-show worthy
3: They want to capitalize on an existing grow while capturing every part of the operation from retooling through harvest

They are being careful to reveal their cards one at a time. That leaves room for doubt and speculation, but doesn't mean it's a scam or not real.
