The offering sates that Andy was raising only $3 million with the Reg A filing! So why would he basically give them the ability to crush his stock?? It's because he doesn't give a rip about the stock price because he got his money and the press releases are there to help his "friends & family" unload! I HIGHLY doubt Andy isn't getting millions more on the back end of this!
We will see when he files the required sales with Florida and California.
