After having reviewed the Short Interest and since I have not reviewed the rules in years, I am speculating that the almost 1 Million shares of shorts belong to the Market Makers since I do not believe regular buyers could short penny stocks. If that is still true, then they are driving the price down to cover which I believe they have to do within a week unless the rules have changed. Therefore, I suspect that today will be an interesting day either way. The end result will still be the end result once the News hits the wire. JMHO
