If the FEDS ever take any real interest, those like MP, Griffin, ETC have distanced themselves enough for denial, maybe. But the FEDs are not likely to go after LOCH/CDEX. and there is not enough assets left to make it worthwhile for those that were or are bilked to go after them with a lawsuit.
