If you are an institutional account with more than $1 million, then you are an "accredited investor" and you are eligible to buy the Reg A offering shares. Why not go directly to Andy Fellner and buy at $0.0001. Heck, you might as well just buy 100,000,000 shares from him and instantly sell them at $0.001 to make $90,000 wit little to no risk.

That is what others are doing and it is what I would be doing, but I am not an accredited investor.
