I sure the was justification to do what your questioning. I'm also sure that they were consulted by talented M&A folks as what needs to be done for specific entitlements. I'm sure the big picture is what the management team along with all the hired guns are looking at when it comes down to it. As I and you can focus on the pps on a daily basis is why we see the trees and not the forest.
I'm learning to pan back and see it all. It takes time.

STOCK PRICE!?!?!!? LOL for even thinking management gives a rats patootie about day to day, month to month or even year over year stock price during the "investigational" portion of the companies past.
I'll answer, NO, they don't really care. They are scientists not...or rather formally not business men. King and company have been thrown into the fire for the last 3 years or so. I will take their trial by fire experience in business as their honorary MBA.
Along with their legal counsel, KOLs and existing data...Peregrine knows where it's been and where it's going. I believe the saying is "The stock will take care of itself".

OH, and noted by CP first I believe...How did PPHMP go off so quickly? Also, why did they use the last ATM? I truly believe a lot of what is going on is merely posturing including the PHASE I with Yervoy. Smoke and mirrors.
