Ok, I have not seen any contract and 100% convinced this is just another smoke screen. There is no contract, period!

RD, and yes Peter would say Yes if you said what if they found oil or diamonds under their properties would it effect the stock price. Give me evidence that the contract will be signed. If so I'll stick around.
