Agreed. Not a good idea to set a fixed timeline ahead of anticipated events that are not in their control like the S1 and the bond... I have repeatedly questioned the wisdom of setting this early date for announcing a "comprehensive" divi policy. Why not play safe and wait a few more months ? When will Solly learn?

I agree RD. Let's make things right this time. They are in negotiations with a financial institute. When everything is settled we'll get the dividend policy.

I agree that they should not have given a fixed date but I think it would have been a good idea to give a loose time frame. But I admit that might have been counterproductive if it had been far into the future.
